Fobus Holster Gun Grab
I've always thought of paddle holsters to be more of a range holster. Definitely not a holster to be used for open carry.
There's a video floating around the net now that demonstrates a guy essentially breaking the holster in half to separate the gun from it's owner. The bad guy ends up with the gun still in it's sleeve, the owner ends up with just the paddle piece stuck inside his pants. No good. All the online posting of the video are coming up 404, but I'll keep looking for a link. |
like the uncle mikes level 1 holsters, they aren't much more than a holder, not a holster.

Well, if you open carry and let someone come up behind you, what can I say?

I have always preferred inside the pants holsters that have a belt loop. Concealable and no worry of losing the gun. I do however understand that concealed carry is not allowed in all states.
