Does the price differ from state to state? For example - taxes, fees etc. I'm in California where everything is more expensive *groan*

yeah the price will definitely vary, however understand that if you bid on a gun via gunbroker or buy online at a site like guns america, you are going to gave to find a federally licensed dealer that will accept shipment of the gun, and that's going to involve a fee also. You're typically (but not always) better off buying it from a local dealer or a gun show than paying the shipping and the fee the dealer is gonna charge you to handle it.

The best to placed to order the 220ST is Bachman's Pawn and gun in Texas. Google it.
Ordnanceoutsellers is also a good place.
