amateur gun porn (SFW, please)
How about some amateur gun porn, folks? Please keep it to personal pics of your personal guns, and I'd suggest we keep it SFW. Whatchall's favorite? Please give a brief description of what pics you post.
I'll start out. Here's a pic of my three favorite guns (which is why they were in the front of the safe). They are (right to left) a H&R Reising M-50 .45 acp smg, an original mismatched Erma mfg MP-40 (the resting bar is repro) 9mm smg, and a mostly matching DOT mfg MG-34 GPMG (buttstock doesn't match, original recoil booster assy is buried away with a mismatched replacement on it so that I don't burn the original up) in 7.92 Mauser. All guns are "live" and on 5320.4s. <img src="http://onfinite.com/libraries/90018/010.jpg" /> BTW, ignore the dunedan comment, it was to let him know that the pic was real and I took it, not something from GIS. |

Gun Porn - M-19
"Don't ever sell your guns - especially if it's just for the money." That's what an older friend told me years ago when I considered financing a new gun purchase by selling one of my older guns.
I thought he was being a hypocrite. I mentioned, "Don't you remember you sold me that mint 1976 S&W M-19 a while back?" (complete with box, papers and original receipt of purchase!). My friend just laughed, "I didn't need the money. You saw it and liked it - that's why I gave it to you for $150. To me that's still keeping it in the family." Friends like this are hard to come by. Here's that gun: |

Nice gun, nice pic. I did that a few years back. I'd found a Garand at a gun show for $250. Just a shooter, no numbers matched or anything, but it was in gorgeous shape. I kept it for a while and enjoyed the heck out fo it. They shoot well, y'know. Well, a very good friend of mine came back from the military to finish his history and fell in love with it. Military history being his thing and WWII being one of his areas, I understood why. I eventually sold it to him for what I paid for it, knowing that I could've gotten more. Much like your friend said, it's still int he family.

I miss my M1 Carbine. It was tremendously fun to shoot, and the stock I had on it (a Choate wire stock similar to that of the HK A3 stock) has long since ceased being available/produced. I'll see about getting some pics up. B.

After I removed the 60 years of cosmoline! My Golden retriever Kyla loves it as well. She knows that every time it comes out of the cabinet there's going to be a something for her to finish off or retrieve. One time I brought it out, leaned it against the porch while I tied my shoes (unloaded and safe of course) and she picked it up by the sling and took it to the back yard. She was very careful with it and didn't put a scratch on it or even put a tooth mark in the leather. It's nearly impossible to take a pic of it outside without her getting in the way. Here is the little thief seconds after stealing it! She knows she's been bad and is pretending she had nothing to do with it! Peaking around the corner just in time to ruin the shot. you wouldnt recognise sarcasm if it drove a big red bus with SARCASM in flashing lights on the top.
im an animal lover and the thought of animals being shot by arsholes who claim "its humane" quite frankly sickens me. if people with guns think the are so tough then why dont they travel to africa and try picking a fight with a lion, without being armed to the teeth. i wonder how many of the real hunters in here would have enough guts or rather the lack of them after a few minutes. if you decide to do it make sure you video it so i watch it on banged-up.com along with all the other no-brained arseholes who have died "humane deaths" samzie |

"can you do a picture with a dog being shot in a botched bank robbery, that would rule!" Then maybe that would qualify as sarcasm. |

OK, I can recognize sarcasm, but if its just stupid and shocking, and there's the word "the" missing in that sentence, then I'll just see that person as a 13 yr old forum leech, who calls people "n00bs" and "flames" them. so that's why I was against the comment. don't get all angry about it though. its fine.

if you look at any of his other comments on other threads its obvious the guy is a 13 yr. old troll, not captain sarcasm.
