Comrade Kalishnikov is one of the all-time greats. The coolest quote I've read of his though was that he wanted to make something that would truly help his people... like a lawnmower =)

I'm already trying to track down a bottle, even if just for novelty value.

Yeah... they come in bottles shaped like AK's too. Saw a pic a while ago but I'm not sure if they were sold publically.

Man, why is it that ever since the Iron Curtain fell, everything has gotten so much better over there. Now they have alcohol custom made for their guns that's way higher proof than the ones we custom make. Oh well, guess I'm drinking twice as much Colt 45 now.

I got bought a bottle of this buy a friend who was out in Moscow visiting. It tastes like piss compared to their native Stolichnaya.

hey folks...before you go running out blowing big bucks on this, read their promotional material. They get the water from Lake Ladoga. The water alone (do to serious, SERIOUS pollution) is guaranteed to make your babies come out with three eyes, BEFORE they distill it into vodka.

Mass urination into lake Ladoga would qualify as an IMPROVEMENT project. Cool brand name, BAD idea.
