Those russians sell everything
I heard this site had information on midget subs, and as every child has fantacized about owning one since reading about them in Hardy Boys books, I had to go and check it out. Turns out they sell anything military related from inflatable barracks to Mig Jets. They don't say how much, though, and it doesn't look like they use paypal.

They'll sell arms and weapon systems to you if you have an end use certificate (i.e., you are acting for a government or have government affiliation).
