Too many to name.
A good, smooth shooting .357 is always nice. I really enjoy shooting revolvers, and can sit down with a bucket of .38s or .357s (magnums make this a bit more...uncomfortable) and shoot for hours just taking my time loading 6 in, squeezing 'em off nice and easy, or in short bursts, and then doing it all over again. Something like a nice 5 1/2" or 6" S&W http://firearms.smith-wesson.com/sto...sw_activeTab=1 or for something with a little more kick, maybe a nice smooth Redhawk in 44 or even a sweet ass kicking 454 casull http://www.ruger-firearms.com/Firear...=5508&return=Y

Lee Enfield Mk4 Longbranch.
As much as I love my M4, .308, and so on, there is something so incredible about this rifle. It drives tacks. Its fun to shoot. And I love military weapons. As far as handguns, I love the Walther P99 and Sig 226. Although a good ol' Dirty Harry is an impressive gun as well. |

Randall's M1911. It's a little hard on magazines (those damned cracks on the magazine lips), but this gun is made to be abused. Excellent aircraft stainless (no galling). It's survived for weeks without a proper cleaning; through sand with a salt water rinses, cold weather, and desert conditions with an occasional dry swab.
Full length spring guide, nice stock sights. If are persisternt, you may be able to find one. They made made several variants (LeMay model, lefties...), too. Here's a link to the M1911.Org Randall page

My favorite gun that I own is an armalite AR10. 20" stainless barrel, black housing, flat top (A-2?), sweet Nikon Scope on it. I love it.

The Colt Single-Action Army. Greatest handgun ever made. Six bullets, more than enough to kill anything that moves.

I don't own any yet, and I haven't fired them, but going by the feel and looks of what I've looked at at the "local" gun store, MY favorite rifle is the PSG-1 (although the H&K SL8 is badass-looking and feels pretty good) and my favorite pistol is the Sig Sauer P232 (which will most likely be my concealed carry weapon next year.)

Unfortunetly I'm a poor college student and haven't bought any real guns yet, But I do own an airsoft replica of a Walther P99 and have handled a real one as well, and I think it has the best ergonomics of any gun I've ever held.
