This is, I believe, footage from a few months ago when the Russians had to go get a few of their people back from some pirates. They got their people/stuff back, handcuffed the pirates to the boat's railings, and then pumped the boat full of 23- and 30mm.

Monsters! If the Russians didn't want their stuff being appropriated by the underprivileged, they shouldn't have gotten all "elitist" by owning stuff in the first place. Hasn't anyone ever told them that their possessions are replaceable and not worth the life of a single beautiful and unique snowflake?
