CFSC and PAL licensing

Hey all, I figured this would be the appropriate place to post this.

Has anyone here gone through the process of getting their PAL license?
I know that first you have to take the CFSC, then apply for the license, even have the number of a local instructor. But has anyone actually gone through it? Speaking from the view of someone who has only ever handled a gun a few times, and never shot one. What are things I particulairly need to focus on?

Thanks in advance.

Edit; Let me reword this so it's a bit more answerable for all of the TFP-ers, instead of just the canadians.

What parts of your gun licensing gave you trouble? parts you especially needed to focus on?
