Maybe it was menu #7... I had good luck with that one.

Mmm... chicken and salsa.

debaser 06-16-2007 07:12 PM

Hell yeah, heat your rice and cheese up with it, mix it all together and dump a whole bottle of Tabasco in....

Mmmmmm.

Shit, now I'm hungry.

longbough 06-17-2007 12:18 AM

BTW that's not an MRE. It's a South African battlepack of .308.

You probably wouldn't want to "eat" .308. http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i3...im_sniper2.gif

I take great exception to this. Just because it doesn't arm doesn't mean it's not effective. My gunner shot a guy about 10 meters away with our Mk. 19. I'd post the picture of the result but I'm pretty sure it would violate the TFP rules. Just think unobstucted view to the other side and you'll get the picture.

I miss my collection sold it all to go to college.
No money since then to restock. My wish list keeps getting longer. Thx for the gunporn, guys.

Plan9 06-22-2007 08:23 PM

I'm sorry, Finn.

Get yourself an AK or something.

Cheap and always fun.

longbough 06-23-2007 08:50 AM

Yeah, an AK is a good way to go.

You can get a WASR-10 online for about $350.

Plan9 09-27-2007 09:08 AM

P7s are fine, fine pieces of pistol design.

squeeeb 09-27-2007 05:38 PM

here is my HK93. i have put on the folding stock, as shown here. i have the regular stock. you can feel the balance difference, with the regular stock, the gun is balanced perfectly, with the folding stock, it's front heavy. i think the camo paint job is gay, but they didn't have black when i bought it, so that is what i got.

Plan9 09-27-2007 05:43 PM

NICE, bro! Gotta put yourself the GI Joe Cool Guy rail system on it now.

So... you know... you can cover it with useless shit like lasers and pistol grips and three Sure-Fire products.

squeeeb 09-28-2007 05:45 AM

haha, so it can be 10 lbs heavier in front...gotta get the acog so i can look all cool...nah, i'll just leave it as is, with it's gay ass cammo paint job.

Plan9 09-28-2007 12:25 PM

Wanna trade? I got a Colt Anaconda I don't use much.

debaser 09-28-2007 12:29 PM

... too soon.

MSD 10-05-2007 07:52 AM

I took it to the range last week. They have to check all weapons before allowing them in, and as I opened up my bag the following conversation ensued.

"Damn man, where do you get your guns?"
"I made that one myself"
"Interesting" *pulls out tape measure*

just amazing

I cannot beleive the content of this thread... the sight of these guns...

Coming from a country (UK) where almost no one owns guns, this thread is just amazing. All you can own here is a 'shot gun' with a barrel at least 24" long with no autoloading capability and the owner has to have a seperate license approved by the police for each individual weapon. You have to show a good reason to own one too - home/personal defense is not a reason. The police also visit to audit the storage security.

This might seem very restrictive, but we had only 50 people killed by guns in 2005/06 and the police don't carry guns (though there are special armed units available.)

My Uncle gave me 9 of the Federal HydraShoks when I got the gun... so I've got enough to keep it loaded with em.

As a white male I have about the same chance of getting murdered as any of my counterparts in most of Europe. So while this is odd and scary to you, its not really any more dangerous for the vast majority of us here.
