Need a computer-based calendar

Can anyone recommend a program or reliable website for a calendar I can use? I'd basically just like a month by month or even week by week calendar where I can click the day and type in a to-do list. Things like pop-up warnings/alarms for that day's activities would be cool too but I don't know if that's available.

Thanks for any help.

check out the mozilla one "sunbird"

totally standalone from any other mozilla products so you do not have to have firefox to use it, just in case you were an IE user.

rainlendar works pretty well. i used it for a while. I wouldnt use sunbird yet because it's still an alpha release.

as for website calendar, if you have hotmail, last i checked, you could use the webbased calendar they had.

edit: i was right, in the top tabs, "today, mail, calendar, contacts". it's pretty advanced. give it a shot! only problem i'd see is that if your net goes down, you'd loose access to your data.

Does anyone know how to make Rainlendar turn on at startup so I don't have to open it every time I restart?

Gotta keep in mind that's all users folder

For your own, it'll be:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\[User name]\Startup

I think the easiest way to make a start shortcut, is to drag it down to the start button, and the find the start folder there somewhere.. (I would have given a better explanation, but my XP isn't in english - you see.. )

Hey guys. I'm still having problems with having the calendar startup when I turn on my computer. I put the program's button into my startup folder but all this does is give me an error every time I boot saying that it can't find the .dll

Any ideas? Thanks

did you drag the actual executable file there, or did you create a shortcut in the start up folder?

I think I might have copy/pasted it into the folder. I just moved the original so I'll check back if that doesn't work.

Thanks again

For future reference, I use "Chaos Manager" from http://www.chaosmanager.net/

Simple to use.
