program to make music database?
Hi, does anyone know if there is any sort of program (free, if possible, of course) that will enable me to put a music cd into my computer, save the tagged information and allow me to access that information without actually having to use the cd? I hope that question makes sense. Without having the actual music saved onto the computer, I just would like to have a list of the songs and cds I have in my cd collection. Because it sounds cool.

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Others/...-updated.shtml cathy is also an excellant freeware cataloger highly recomended. http://georgedillon.com/web/freeware/cathy.shtml mp3cat may be more for mp3's, but maybe of some use. I've never used this one.... http://tellini.info/software/mp3cat/
