Anyone know what this is??
This guy I'm going into business with, sent this to me, and since I don't know exactly what it does, I'm turning to you all to help me out. He said it was something to do with viewing web cams, but I'm skeptical. Any help will be appreciated!

Google's stumped, and I've quickly run over it to get the strings out and not found very much (other than the obvious fact it's a windows executable). The fact it doesn't have many strings makes me suspicious though.
dbvwebhosting.com has only been registered quite recently (3rd november) to "Tiago Carvalho" at a PO box in CA. Any use?

I'd imagine it's some kind of virus or trojan horse software, given that. Was the reference as part of a larger e-mail, or was it just an out of the blue e-mail consisting of "do this" ? If it was the latter, I'd imagine that it's a worm of some kind getting passed around. The former would be far fishier and confusing.

Well yea, but was there anything else in that particular e-mail to indicate normal correspondence, or else would it be likely that some worm just read his address book and spammed you?
