I've got a spyware search bar attached my my IE window and with it have come new annoying popups. I've tried the newest AdAware, SpyBot, and Spyware Doctor and none can remove it. Any ideas?

when ive gone through all the spyware programs available on download.com and still dont seem to get rid of it, i usually know when its time to format and start a new slate. remember to backup any files u need incl email!

Yeah I also try to reformat at least once a year, usually more. I've tried all three now and nothing. I don't really mind the bar but I can't stand the popups.

Try scanning with hijackthis and look for anything suspicious and google it to see you should remove it. Be careful not to delete anything important as it picks up normal stuff as well.
