Serious problem with speakers...
Well, today I changed my comp from one room to another, and well, now I've got a serious speaker problem. After I got my comp all set up again, give it a boot, and I realize shit, only 1 working speaker, thats nothing new wont be hard to fix. Then I realize my volume knob has stopped working. All I did was change rooms wtf is going on. Im on Window's ME if it matters.

it has to be either your speaker or the sound card socket. there's no other alternative.
jiggle the speakers around a bit. try headphone in the soundcard speaker output to make sure it isn't the socket. that's all ANYONE can possibly suggest. one of the speaker wires must have been yanked to hard. |

I get this with headphones, theyre not broke, Its the plug going into your soundcard, Try pulling it out a fraction & see if the connection holds, If it aint that, hook the speakers up to a wankman & see if they work & as fuelmy said stick a set of headphones into the soundcard & see it that works.
