Connecting to Non IE sites?
 

I must have a glitch in the system, because I can't seem to connect to sites that I could view a week ago. Specifically, I can't connect to Winmx, Kazaa, Pokerstars.net or Partypoker.com. Obviously, I can get on sites like this (duh!). I don't know of any changes I've made to this computer (running Windows XP). I've got DSL service, sharing it with my secretary here at the office.

Thanks for any advice. I suspect it's something simple that I just don't know what to do.

sounds like some type of surf control software blocking websites...i.e. filesharing and gambling. Do you get an error other than the usual 404 error?

No error message at all, the connection just never is made.
