I need to list the NTFS permissions in a shared volume.
Anyone know of a utility to do this?
I want to export the list to a file to prepare for a move of the shared vol to another server and domain and want to make sure I create all the relevant permissions and groups. Thx. :thumbsup: |
I believe that 2000/XP/2003 come with a utility (either by default or in the tools pack - could look online at the Windows website) called scopy that will copy files with the relevant permissions.
