small firefox problem
okay, I just reformated my system (XPpro) and installed the new version of firefox (1.0.4)
I spent about five hours yesterday getting the whole thing set up the way I like it, but I'm having one small problem that I can't seem to get rid of. There is now a blinking cursor in every window I have open. I can move it using the arrow keys, I can use it to hilight w/ shift, move it w/ the mouse, etc. honestly, just seems like a standard cursor. however, it makes browsing really funny, it's distracting to my eyes, and I want it gone. have any of you heard of this//know how to get rid of it? any help, even just a point in the right direction would be really appreciated. |
Try hitting F7. It's called Caret Browsing.
