In XP, to make new folder, as in Win98se
In Win98SE to make a new folder, I could right click and touch N, then F.
In XP I have to click New. I can then press F. Question is: How in the registry can I have an underline placed under N so that New responds to a key press. gee, I wish I could say that better :-) |

It looks like they just changed it from N to W...maybe so you can do it without having to move your left hand from the home typing position.

Yeah, Microsoft changed several hotkeys.
For example, I remember being able to use Ctrl-E to center text in Excel but now, you couldn't. They should stick with what works...
