Spyware? adware?
 

When I do a netstat-a i get 8 listings of ads.datingyes.com. I have run adaware and it disapearred. an hour later, it's back again. Any Idea how to completly get rid of this?

Try running the programs (Ad-Aware, Spybot, Hijack This) in safe mode (Pressing F8 during restart). Safemode only loads the necessary drivers for Windows to run (resolution is 800x600 also). This will allow you to remove the adware/spyware/virus without it being loaded. There is spyware that is smart enough to pop up in Ad-Aware scans, then re-installs itself after removal.

A bandaid solution is to put ads.datingyes.com in your HOSTS file. That will route all such connections to localhost.

Tried your method, and as soon as I open IE, is when it pops up in netstat.
