Best 3G Phone or Best Mobile Handset?
 

Help pick between : Sony Ericsson Z800i and Samsung SGH-D500

To me, the only advantage Z800i has over D500 here is that it has a Memory Stick Duo slot.
But Samsung has a huge 96mb memory too. So..

and D500 is a tad bit smaller than the Z800i

besides that, both of em are just as tasty.

So which would you pick? The best 3G mobile? or the best mobile handset?

I don't know, I rather like my Treo 600. It does most all the things these two do - phone, organizer, games, SMS, MMS, e-mail, WAP, MP3 (with a 128mb card it holds 100+ songs). It is on the GPRS system which is not true 3G (2.5G ?) but is about the best we have here in the States.

But to answer you're question, on a purely wishin' basis - the Samsung. I personally like the 'one-piece' designs rather than the clamshell. JMHO.

edit i looked around for a minute and couldnt find the suggested price or the services that it works for.
