SETI@Home type of programs
I just want to see what other type of programs like this one are out there. I know SETI@Home has been around for a long time, and there are quite a few clones out there, and I wanted to find one that best meets my interests if I want to devote my computers spair time to it. Here are a list of the programs I know.
SETI@Home http://setiathome2.ssl.berkeley.edu/index.html Folding @ Home http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/folding/ Einstein@Home (i'm currently using) http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/ United Devices which became grid http://www.grid.org/projects/ Any other ones out there. I really would love to support one that gave out access to people to submit projects, like students that need data analized. Anyone know of any better ones? |
I just found a few more...

Isn't there a nice big sticky thread about this at the top of the page??
EDIT: Well fine, it's not big, but it's still sticky.... |
Yes, there is a sticky, but it covers only part of this. And by posting a new thread then I can get the answers that I am looking for while very few people would even notice it if I attached it as a reply to the sticky
