Check My Settings (i.e.CPU Clock & FSB)

O.K., I installed 1GB of PC3200 (DDR400/Dual Channel) Memory into my computer this afternoon.

My Specs:

Mobo: Abit IS-7 (up to 800 FSB)
CPU: 2.8 Ghz (533 FSB)
OS: XP, SP2

The memory is operating in dual channel mode (per the start-up screen).

At startup, I get: Host/DRAM: 133/166 MHz

In the BIOS (Soft Menut), I get: (CPU/AGP/PCI) 133/66/33 MHz

My question: Before, I had PC2100 memory. Now that I have PC3200 memory, how do I make sure that I am running at the fastest speeds (i.e. FSB @ 533 MHz)?

I want to make sure I am taking full advantage of my upgrade, but I am not sure if I should leave my settings alone or if I should change anything. The reason I ask, when I upgraded my other computer (AMD CPU), I had to change the clock speed: before I changed my clock speed my CPU was at 1800, once I upped it to 133 MHz, it went up to 2400 (which is the actual speed of the chip).

Does my question make sense?

Thanks for your help in advance......
