Remove 'Enter Keyword' from Browser - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

If you have the text 'Enter Keyword or Web Address here' in the address
bar on your IE browser, then run a search for the following files and
remove them in safe mode:

BHO001.DLL
rsp.dll
Winstart.exe

It looks like a method of removing some spyware, (courtesy of google )

iGetNet or something similar. Using a scanner like spybot or adaware ought to cover this though, no?
