[php] Image Hosting - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Does anyone know of any nice, free, php image hosting scripts? I'd like to run a free image hosting site, to where people can just go, upload a picture, and it give them an address for it to use on forums, etc. I've looked all over the place, and can't seem to find a decent one. Thanks for any help.

Have you looked into Gallery (http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.p...ews&file=index)? I use that on a few sites (because I am too lazy to write my own in .NET

) and it's pretty decent software.

Yeah, I've seen a lot of Gallery-type programs like that, but I'm looking for something kind of like, www.imageshack.us .

I think most of those are probably custom written. Thats a pretty niche market because it requires so much bandwidth and storage to do.

Dude the code to write this is trivial. I hacked something like this out for my dad so that he could update pictures on the webspace I gave him on my server. If you like I can send you some code snippets; it's nothing really extraordinary. I also wrote an auto-thumbnailer in PHP that you might be interested in: http://www.djskaven.com/tools/makethumb.phps
