I am looking to buy a heatsink from this website and was wondering if anyone has ordered anything from there. If you have how was their customer service? Did you have any problems?

Ordered from them twice. No problems. Have not delt with thier customer service

Likewise, I've not dealt with their customer service. But the prices are good and shipments came on time.

Not to plug, but ResellerRatings.com has a fairly large profile of the company - http://www.resellerratings.com/seller2114.html Overall there seems to be a mixed bag of good and bad ratings but recently is more negative than positive.

I've ordered from them numerous times. Very good company. I'd definitely recommend them.

I've placed many orders from them and all have been great. My first PC case didn't come with the window it was supposed to have, but that's the only complaint I can think of. Other than that they're fantastic. Never sent anything back so I don't know how good their customer service or RMA policies are.
