				Change system folder name
Anybody know how to do this? I'm not talking about the computer name under system properties. I want to change the user names in C:\Documetns and Settings. I right click and try to change it and it tells me that it's a windows system folder and cannot be changed. Is a fix for this under the registry maybe? |

| Crazy Location: Cape Cod | I think you can just change the user's name that is attached to the folder via |control panel > Users| instead of trying to change the folder's name directly. Trying to change that folder's name directly probably would corrupt the user it is assigned to.

| Tilted Location: Oregon, USA | The easiest way to get around Windows protecting certain files and folders is just to boot from a floppy and change things in DOS mode. You can usually accomplish the same thing if your computer is on a network by using a different PC to manipulate the files and folders on yours.
