sun microsystems raid for win2k
 

hey, my teacher is looking for a raid manager for a sun microsystems box for windows 2k, he can find documents about it but no actual links for it...

so im comin to you guys to see if you could help out..

model # for the box is the a1000

software is called raid manager 6.22 and sun cluster 2.2

software he can find is for solaris but he needs it for win2k

software raid? hardware raid? be more specific. what kind of raid controller? be more specific. manager to tell you how the disks are doing, temp? be more specific.

notice the subtle hints i'm dropping?

Also, tell us places you have looked so far and whatnot, that way we're not all trying to help you by looking at the same places.

he's check the sun main site and gone through on google for themost part.. still no luck

but it's the software he's looking for will give you an interface for the raid controller

I don't think Sun has windows-based management tools for their hardware. I imagine it would kind of hurt Solaris' image. I could be wrong, though.

Just suggesting that you might be barking up the wrong tree looking for a windows version of that program. It might not even exist.
