dvd compression
i did a search and skimmed thru some threads but i didnt see anything that said inregards to compression..
i have some files that are between 6-8gb's and the discs i have are onle 4.7gb's is there any programs that will let me compress those files to fit on the 4.7 discs or do i need the 8gb discs? |

What type of files? How many files of that size? It's unusual to see anything grow that large besides HD images, log files out of control, or raw video. Finished MPEG-2 video shouldn't have individual files over 1GB.
Anyway, I could try to cover data types vs. different compression methods but it's probably easier if you just let us know more about the source files. |
