Does anyone know how you would look up what kind of battery to buy, and where to buy one ( online perhaps? ) It's a US ELECTRONICS MH9942 if that helps?

I purchased rechargeable battery packs for wireless home phones at Rite Aide and also Radio Shack. I never bought them online, but you can get anything online.

PS: I was curious so on a long shot I tried batteries.com Hit the link for cordless phone batteries on the left side, then put in the brand and model of phone, it will give you the battery type and price.

You could also take it in to a BatteriesPlus store local to where you are. That may or may not be cheaper depending on shipping charges over the internet.
