Bluetooth tranciever problem :(
I recently baught a wirless bluetooth keyboard/mouse set. it's amazing. and it's also 80 dollars and i'm a college student
i was using my keyboard/mouse for my PC, no problems, and it's so great. then my roomate brings home his apple g4 laptop. since it has illustrator, i whip out the USB tranciever, and mouse, plug it in, and start clicking around with my new mouse. works great. then, i move it from MAC to PC, and it doesn't work. it doesn't even light up when i plug it into the computer. i tried all ports, changed it from the direct USB hookup, to the little pod that it comes with, no avail. the mouse and keyboard still light up so i'm assuming it's the tranciever. could i send it back to bluetooth? i bought it on ebay. any help is nice. |

It does sound like something is wrong with the Bluetooth adapter. You don't need to configure it for PC or MAC right? It's plug & play? If so, I would say just contact the manufacturer and ask for an RMA. They should be able to repair or replace it for you.
