The mfg. of the motherboard is usually the best place to go.
What board are you running? model, mfg, etc.... Next time, please read the sticky's at the top of the forum and give us more information. Thanks.

Agreed Stick to the boards home site. Less chance you will fug up a flash if you have the proper bios for the board and chip set.
Thanks for reminding me to check my boards sight for updates. edit: Nothing new but Support for AMD Sempron CPU's

Also, why do you need to update your BIOS? Is there something special in the new version that you really need? If there is nothing new you really need, don't update. A simple mistake and the motherboard is dead.
