Update your virus definitions, boot into safemode, and run a scan. You've got something seriously wrong there.

First try clearing your cookies, and temperary internet files.
Next you should run both Spybot Search & Destroy and Adaware. After that's complete, look in Add Remove Programs, look for anything unusual, and common culprits such as P2P programs that are known to bundle spyware, and some freeware/shareware programs. The basic jist is to remove anything that you don't know what it is. If you do find a program that can't be uninstalled, or it has to connect to internet in order to uninstall, run a search for that program, and you can usually find out how to properly remove it. Finally, check your task manager again, and check the Process tab, make a note of anything that looks out of the ordinary. Next go to google, and search what each process is. If it is a form of spyware, you can usually find out on the web how to remove it. After your computer is clean, download, Mozilla Firefox, and explain to your sister, that she should use Mozilla, and run both Spybot & Adaware often. |

If you are running Windows XP turn off system restore while doing the cleaning. A virus in a restore point can continue to reinfect your machine.
