radeon 9700 pro, floppy powered?
hey i pulled my floppy drive out and now ihave it's power cord just sitting freely... can i use it to power the 9700? or do i still have to stick with the stupid y cable, i'd rather power it individually than splicing some other peripherals power.

Yup, that's fine. Go ahead and use the floppy power supply cable, that's what I've been doing for months.
