Digital Video Transfer
I bought a Canon ZR 85 digital camcorder a few weeks ago. With the supplied USB cable, I can only transfer video from the SD card to my HD. I would like to transfer video from the digital video cassette but I can't seem to figure this out. I have a firewire port apparently on the camera. If I get a firewire card and cable for my PC will this be what I need to get from tape to PC? I must be getting old. I used to be good with this electronics bullshit but these days I'm lost.
