Programming Gravis Firebird with win2k
Hi y'all,
I have an old gravis Firebird 2 joystick lying around. I'd like to use it again, and the primary function is working fine. But I cannot re-program it. All it's buttons are programmable and quite a few years back I programmed most of the buttons to keyboard controls. Seems however that windows will now not recognize the buttons (but I can almost type this post with it ) instead reading enters, spaces etc. Gravis never released an update for it's software so I downloaded the old dos configuration utility. But it doesn't detect the firebird and therefore cannot re-program it. Anyone got an idea? Thanks!

I've given up on it for now, just using mouse/keyboard for games...
I'd like to get it working again though, so keep us posted!
