[BASIC] TI-83+ IDE?

Anyone know of an IDE for TI-83+ programs? The reason I ask is because it would be so much easier to type, keep track of labels, etc. All I need it to do is be able to take what I type and compile into 8xp.

If you know of one that can read/decompile 8xp, that would be even better, because my program is fairly long and I'd rather not retype the whole thing.

Shouldn't you be able to just type out the program, use that nifty cable system they have to
transfer files from the computer to calculator, and that would be all you'd need?

Unfortunately no, because the calc uses .8xp files, which (maybe) is a hex compilation. Anything written on pc would come out as an .exe, which is binary(?) and not calculator friendly. Otherwise I'd be set.

Actually, I think there is a program you can use that Emulates the calculator, see if this works:

just scroll down to whatever Ti-83 you're using, you should be able to type using a keyboard,
save it and send it.

I remember I used one for my Ti-89, have no idea what it was called, but it was my main
way of transferring files from computer to calculator, could even make my own.
