Help with Vupoint 6.0 megapixel digicam
 

Ok, so I bought this Vupoint digicam on overstock.com and it finally came in...But I can't seem to turn it on. I've hooked the USB port to the camera and computer as directed and loaded the battery correctly. The manual reads the charge time is about 2 hours, a day and a half later the light is still red and the camera won't turn on...what should I do, can anyone help?

Is Vupoint the manufacturer? If so, i'm not familiar with that brand. It sounds like you need to call the company's tech line.

Typically, all you need to do is press or hold the power button.

everything I have found at Vupoint's website says that you don't have the battery inserted correctly, I would suggest double and triple checking this, browse through their FAQ's you may find the solution there.
