Suggestion
Maybe a sticky post broken down into sections. [php],[asp],[net],[vb] etc that could contain links to tutorials or sites that help you out with problems.

I agree that a resource topic would be a very useful resource for people looking for resources to learn more about various languages or tools. Like the previous poster stated, this probably wasn't the best place to post this however.
