What is the format for this board? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I have noticed several boards going to it recently. However, one of my favorite boards (other than this one) looks like it did in 1994. I want to point the administrator toward this setup. Thanks.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but if you would like to know the software TFP is running, it's at the bottom of just about every page. vBulletin Version 3.0.3. If you're asking about the style (colors and icons and such), I believe they are custom designed for the TFP by some very talented people.
