cool.. though i wish there was some love child of Mozilla and Opera.. I'll take a look into Firebird after my next reformat. I finally jumnped on board the Mozilla train about a week ago and Live it very much, but The main reason i like Mozilla, is not included in Firebird i hear.. so.. im not sure how long i'll try that out.

I have yet to make the switch - not because I don't like Firebird, but because the Mozilla suite still FEELS more complete to me not to mention the fact that I make use of other components which don't have stand-alone programs yet (but Thunderbird is coming! )

I'm still a full on Mozilla suite user as well. Firebird IS my default browser though. It loads quicker than Mozilla Suite. So if I have a saved webpage or something, and I haven't already -turbo 'ed the Suite, then Phoenix will fire up in only a couple seconds.
One thing that I like already in Firebird is that smooth scrolling feature. Its been around in other browsers for awhile, and it's nice to finally have it in Mozilla Firebird. Now I'm editing my user.js file for even more customization.

Mozilla Firebird 6.0 Out!
Didn't see any posts about it here, so I thought I'd post. No longer any need to download one of the nightlies, they finally released a 6.0
http://texturizer.net/firebird/index.html Have fun, its great! Thunderbird recently had its first builds released, though its not even at .1 yet. I've found it to be very stable, though.

I'm bumping this thread because some silly person started another thread about this. And it is incorrect. Hahaha, it makes me giggle.

Someone should poll this (I'm lazy). I don't know which one to go for. I'm currently using myie2. Pretty smoooth in my opinion.

integrate with Mozilla?
Firebird is a part of Mozilla. As of Mozilla 1.4, there will be no more suite versions. To speed development, and cut back on chunky code, Mozilla is separating the parts of Mozilla into different pieces. Firebird is being built from the ground up, for the most part. It will not be integrated into Mozilla, because it IS Mozilla. And technically, it should be called Mozilla Firebird.

Seems alright, I don't like it as much as MyIE2 though.
