Freelance flash work?
 

Alright, so my brother has just finished work on a small documentary on Lobstering aimed at children. He just got a website online about a week ago, though content is a little sparse. I suggested he put themed flash games on the site, because his target audience is into that sort of thing, and I give him a few ideas on the kind of games he could include. The thing is, I don't really know how to find Flash developers. I've done a little bit of flash work, but it's mediocre at best, and I haven't touched it in a few years.

So... my question is, do any of YOU know? Does anyone do freelance flash work?

My only real lead so far (it's a pretty good one, though) is looking through http://www.flashplayer.com/games at the various artists. Anyone have any other suggestions?
