Why cant i get my laptop on my tv
I have got a s-video to scart and i have selected the tv icon in my output settings. I then have a choice of video standards pal B, pal D e.c.t. I have tried all of these and all i get is a vey faint side ways scrolling image. Dose this mean that my tv will not work with my laptop of there something i can do???

Did you try setting the resolution of the screen to 800x600 or even lower? Some tv-out systems can't deal with higher resolutions.
