Windows installer pops up briefly every time an internet explorer window opens
 

Basically the topic says it all.. Every time a new IE window opens, wether I open it manually, or it is called from another program, or it is a popup, whatever, windows installer runs very briefly (hard to catch with the eye sometimes). I really doubt its a spyware / virus issue, since I frequently check for both... but I'll be damned if I can figure out why it is happening... Anyone else come across this issue?
