sorry, opinions wanted canon/fuji
 

I am going to buy a new camera this weekend, either the Canon Powershot A85, or the Fuji E510. Any opinions to either one. sorry for another thread on cameras. just a purchase i want to get right. I currently bought (returning it!) the Fuji S3100 but it is way to big to be used practically. The canon and the fuji appear to be about the same, with the canon having way cheaper memory cards to upgrade.

Have you tried the forums at dpreview.com? They just posted the review of the brand new Powershot A95.
I've been researching the sony f828 myself, (have yet to buy) and have found some of the advice there to be quite valuable.

On a side note, <a href="http://www.dpreview.com/articles/photokina2004/">Photokina</a> happens at the end of this month. You just might consider waiting to see what comes out there.

after much thought i've decided to stay with the fuji s3100, the zoom is just too much to give up. thanks again btw for the info on those forums as well.
