Video Editing: Premiere compatability w/ Win2000 - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I’ve been wanting to get into some video editing for some time now. I just acquired Premiere Pro 1.5 and realized that it is not compatible with my main system, which runs Windows 2000. I am reluctant to create a new partition or reformat.

Is there a different solution, or a different, decent video editing program?
