Serial Number for my new Intel CPU - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I just purchased a new motherboard/CPU/RAM combination and it came all assembled. I decided, based on my luck, to register all the parts just in case something goes bad.

All I have is the end of the Intel CPU box with lots of numbers and bar codes all over it. Does anyone know which of the those numbers is the serial number ?

Check the BIOS Setup, I think most list the serial number along with the CPU info.

I will take a look today if i can remember it, I have a new one laying on my desk at work....

As far as I can tell all the numbers listed are not unique, so I don't know...
Guess you will have to look in bios to see if it shows it....
