Can you fax something through email?
This seems like a pretty simple and somewhat stupid question (to me at least), but is there any way for me to send an email to someone's fax number so they get a hard copy of the document?
Thanks for any info. -Tim

sure... i use a efax service that people send to a regular fax number but then the system emails me a PDF of their fax.
I can fax out by emailing to a "fax" email address and the recepient can get the email plus any attachments. cost of service? very high. would i use it if the office didn't pay for it? nope. in lieu of the service i usually just scan the document and attach that to an email.

So I'm trying to send a word file of my school transcript that I copy and pasted. It's going to a man I'm in touch with at a local university. I'll head down to Kinko's if it's too much of a problem, but as for now I'm too lazy
So I've got this word document. It's a one-way deal, so all I need to do is ready myself to send it out. Which service do I use for this? All I need is his fax machine number, correct? Thanks for any more info. -Tim
