IIS6 / Misconfig? HTTP authentication? Help!
 

Why would some of my sites ask for authentication (no anonymous usage) when it appers that IUSR_DESTINATION is enabled and has read/execute permissions? Some of my sites don't ask for authentication, while other's do... they're hosted on the same machine under the same IIS...

I can't figure this out and its extremely BAD. The two sites that are acting stupid are incredibly important... the rest of the sites are worthless garbage and, naturally, they are working like champs.

Help!

I've seen Frontpage extensions get screwy and cause problems like this. Reinstall/remove them if present and see if that helps.
