did i kill the motherboard?
athlon xp 2700+
gigabyte g7n400-l m/b 2 sticks of crucial ddr 400 ok, so i had found out that my memory was bad, mostly due to the ever-increasing PFN_LIST_CORRUPT bsod's that I was getting. i decided to try to figure out if it was only one or both sticks of ram using memtest86. so i take one stick out, and the bios freaks and tries to load the backup bios. i replace the stick and now the motherboard hangs before BIOS - I get nothing, not even video bios. i removed everything but memory and video card, same problem. ditto with clearing CMOS. did i just kill my motherboard, or is there something else i can try? thanks in advance.
