There's even more: read Microsuck | Microsoft's Really Hidden Files for the details. I'm assuming you are using IE on Windows.
If you switch to Firefox, all that information is in one place and easily accessed, and there are privacy extensions that can clear it out with one click of a button.

Google "Spider Index.dat"
Download the Spider program and that will clear the hidden index.dat folder which keeps a record of every website you have been to since you have last reformatted the computer.

i used window washer in the past its just an all around cleanup tool. does your cache windows temp files swap file cleans out your sent items in outlook if you so choose, you can select which cookies you want it to leave and its configurable with many different plugins for other browesrs apps etc etc etc.
